Duplicate sources aren't fixed by apt-update

I have some duplicate lines in my sources.list, apparently. I don't want to tinker with them manually, because I'll remove something wrong. So I tried doing 'sudo apt-get update', which says it'll fix it, but instead, it just reports the error, and tells to run itself again:
