Bug Description

I don't know if there is a bug or it is a problem on my server.

Mahara 18.04.2 is running fine on my server without error messages in apache error.log.

Ubuntu 14.04 apache2 & mysql server on the same machine.

Patch-Level: 01.10.2018

Upgraded the application by console command as described in your wiki.
sudo -u www-data /usr/bin/php /var/www/html/admin/cli/upgrade.php

I got the following error in terminal (attached as file)

Any idea ?

Tested with Ubuntu 16.04 & Mysql-Server on a clean machine with DB-Dump.
Same behaviour.

Tested new installation with new mysql db. Failed on installing module.lti V1.1.0 (view Screenshot)

Thank you for the test info, Jochen. We'll take a look. It seems to be LTI related as you mentioned in note #3.

i will test it on both systems(update and new ) on 04102018 because today we have a holiday.

Hello and good morning from Germany ;-)

Both, upgrading from 18.04.2 to 18.10 rc1 (Ubuntu 14.04) and new install on Ubuntu 16.04 working as expected.

Bug 1795597: Install/upgrade LTI tables for mysql

Moved the adding of indexes to post install so we can differentiate
between postgres and mysql as they need to set up the indexes on
'text' fields differently
