Bug Description

Binary package hint: tcpick

It uses a very old way to check for new versions on sf.net.

$ uscan --report-status
uscan warning: In watchfile debian/watch, reading FTP directory
  ftp://ftp2.sf.net/pub/sourceforge/t/tc/tcpick/ failed: 500 LWP::Protocol::MyFTP: connect: Connection refused

tcpick (0.2.1-4ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * debian/watch:
    + Fix the URL and add filter for -rcX.tar.gz files (LP: #181360).
  * debian/control:
    + Add Homepage field and remove URL from Long Description.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3 (no changes).
    + Bump debhelper to version 5.
  * debian/compat:
    + Bump to version 5.
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
