Bug Description

Binary package hint: gbatnav

$ uscan --report-status
uscan warning: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for watch line
  http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/batnav/gbatnav-(.*)\.tar\.gz

It still uses the old URL to check sourceforge.net projects.

    + Modify URL to fix it (LP: #181627).

    + Add Homepage field.
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3 (no changes).
    + Bump debhelper to version 5.

    + Bump to version 5.
  * debian/rules:
    + Add dh_desktop.
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
