hardy installer -> manual partition dialog text cut off

Bug Description

After selectiion manual partition option in kubuntu 8.04 installer and deleting my old partitions,
I clicked new patition in context menu. The new partion dialog default size was such that text labels in the dialog were cut off for being to close together

Thanks for your report. There is a discrepancy between you title and description. Are you trying to install Gutsy 7.10 or Hardy 8.04 Alpha?

yes this was in installing kubuntu 8.04 alpha version. Were should I have filed the report to so I can get it right in future. I found it difficult to find a project to assign the bug too that seamed to cover the install of the OS and/or the Alpha version.

I have filed it against Ubiquity. It is the name of the program used to install from the LiveCD. Generally, most bugs that occur during installation should be filed against it.

I'll edit the title to reflect that you were installing Hardy. If it is possible to provide a screen shot, people might have a better idea of the issue. Thanks!

I am unable to reproduce this, are you still able to on 12.04+?

This issue has sat incomplete for almost eight years without a response from the reporter. It did not expire due to assignment so closing it now as "Invalid".
