Ubuntu 20.04 development version with kernel 5.3.0-18-generic up to date to latest @ 26/10/2019

The dock stays visible after Xscreensaver becomes active
the screensaver flows under down the dock (see attachment)

Seems like now its not happening all the time and i have 3 scenario's:

-Xscreensaver is full screen ontop of the dock
-Dock is ontop of Xscreensaver
-Screen flashes & flickers with Xscreensaver, dock and windows behind them

this happens at random, i cannot reproduce what happens when
