usr_lib_exec path is wrong on FreeBSD

Bug Description

the FreeBSD Distro class does not override `usr_lib_exec`, so it defaults `/usr/lib`, which under FreeBSD is wrong.
The correct path (prefix) is usr_lib_exec = '/usr/local/lib'
