Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy in hardy is now broken. Listed below is the error.

empathy:
Depends: libempathy9 (>=0.21.5.2) but it is not installable

Also I noticed that IRC (idle) I believe is out of date in comparison to the other modules. This means that it can't connect.

The fact that empathy is broken is known and will be fixed with syncing with debian.

If the idle bug still persist after the sync, please open a new bug with more info

The above package is not the one required to fix the issue. It is libempathy9 rather than libempathy7. I'm sure it will be updated soon. I will report back once it is working :)

The fix came in this morning. Not entirely sure which one did it :) But it has now installed (and I'm happy again)
Telepathy Idle is now functioning too.
