Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde-guidance
Using Kubuntu 8.04 and kde-guidance 0.8.0svn2008010
KDE Control Modules provided by kde-guidance package are broken.
Any of these modules load in System Settings.
These are: Display config, wine config, disk and mount config and user management.
