CCSM: Certain text stays black on dark themes

Bug Description

When using dark GTK themes, the headings in the left CCSM panel do not change their font color. They stay black, in both light and dark themes. Every other text changes color depending on the GTK theme.

Setup:
* OS: Arch Linux
* Compiz version: 0.9.14.1
* DE: Xfce 4.14
* GTK theme: Plata-Noir-Compact (https://gitlab.com/tista500/plata-theme) is the dark theme, and Plata-Compact is the light theme tested

I have released version 0.9.14.2 today, which includes this fix.
