Bug Description

Xubuntu would like to include greybird-gtk-theme 3.22.12 for focal. This comes days after the UI Freeze, but doesn't include any changes that affect documentation or translations. The main improvement here is updating to Adwaita 3.24, expanding support for existing GNOME applications.

From the Release Notes:

Features
- Rebase partly on Adwaita 3.24 to get features and reduce diff
- Sync dark theme with light theme and use symlinks to reduce file size and simplify maintenance
- Messagedialog: Reduce buttonbox button height
- notifyd: Tweak the theme's appearance (button hover)

Going forward with the upload since the changes are not significant, difficult to spot, and do not affect documentation or translations.
