Please sync scowl 2019.10.06-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
This version adds various new words to the English dictionaries, and fixes bugs. It has not been updated since April 2018.

Ping! It would be great to sync this in focal because it would be a pity for the English US, CA & AU spelling dictionaries to lag behind the English UK & ZA dictionaries, which come from libreoffice-
