Ubuntu 7-10 Impossible to connect RTC Olitec modem

Bug Description

Avec Ubuntu 7-04, j'ai pu me connecter normalement, en RTC, à l'internet en utilisant un modem Olitec speed'com V 92 ready série. Depuis que j'ai installé Ubuntu 7-10, la connection s'établi mais décroche après qq secondes. Je ne suis pas arrivé à identifier la raison de ce changement. Merci d'avance si vous avez une idée. Thank you. It's no longer an issue for me . I stopped using olitec
modem. I am using ubuntu 8.10 on all my three computers with great
satisfaction 99.9% of the time; nigtmares with XP and Vista are over!!!.
