Totem player was playing movie in black and white.

Binary package hint: totem

Put in DVD and it started playing in black and white, which was fine because it was a black and white video. Next time put in color video and it still played in black and white.

We fixed it by going to edit preferences/display/ and increasing saturation level. I did this both on Totem and Xine.

Problem may have been caused because original DVD was black and white.

Otherwise system is terrific, and really appreciate it....

Am a very mature novice at this -- turned on to Linux by house mate and I love having this system -- in fact no turning back now. Keep up the good work!
