[debdiff] pm-utils modunload nonfunctional

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pm-utils

in pm-utils functions script, function modunload(), the script faultily quotes a regex (module[-_]name), which causes its literal interpretation. Clearly, this is not what we want and basically every module name with a dash will fail to match anything.

Attached is a debdiff with a patch fixing this behavior by removing a pair of quotes.
