Bug Description

I've specifically noticed this with the "apt-listchanges" package. It may be present in other packages as well.

1) Select the AMD64 version of "apt-listchanges".
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/amd64/apt-listchanges/2.74ubuntu3.1

2) Examine links for dependencies:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/i386/apt
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/i386/debconf
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/i386/debianutils
...

3) Expected: should link to AMD64 packages.
Actual: links to i386 packages.

It's because the binaries are arch all, I guess. It's pretty easy to fix.
