Include registrant on people page

On the 'Change people' page, I often wish to set the Drafter to the person who registered the blueprint to begin with, since often they need to elaborate on their idea and turn it into a proper spec. To this end, it would be nice if the registrant's launchpad name were visible on the Change people page, so it can be easily cut-and-pasted into the Drafter (or other) fields.
