Bug Description

[Impact]
Mute LED doesn't work on two new HP laptops.

[Fix]
Add IDs to apply quirks to enable mute LED.

[Test]
After applying the patch the audio mute LED will light up when speaker is muted.

[Regression Potential]
Low. The fix limits to two specific systems.

Verified with kernel linux-image-unsigned-5.6.0-1013-oem in one of the hp laptops, works well and can't find any regression.
