When setting the location in the new time/date applet to Cologne/Luxembourg or Berlin, the time zone gets wrong. The used time zone is "-1", however it should be "+1".

Thank you for your bug. What system timezone do you use? Cologne uses utc+1 correctly on my hardy installation

Since the latest updates I cannot reproduce the error. However, I cannot change the home location with the button "set", it just has no effect.
