autopkgtest 'kdig' always fails

Accepted knot into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/knot/2.7.8-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

b/f autopkgtests all pass (or are neutral/skipped) now

(i386 autopkgtests still fail on f/g, but that's because of missing deps since i386 was removed as a main arch)

The version of knot in the proposed pocket of Bionic that was purported to fix this bug report has been removed because the target series has reached its End of Life.

Resurrected the removed upload into bionic-proposed. After some discussion we decided not to remove autopkgtest regression fix uploads from -proposed for series that are transitioning to ESM as they might be useful as a base for any ESM follow up uploads.
