Please sync freesweep 0.88-4.3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
THe only ubuntu change is 'Remove bashisms'. this is fixed in debian

Changelog since current hardy version 0.88-4.2ubuntu1:

freesweep (0.88-4.3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/rules:
    + Fix bashism (Closes: #459065).
    + Remove DH_COMPAT.
  * debian/control:
    + Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3 (no changes needed).
    + Add Homepage field.
  * Add compat file.
