Bug Description
Hardy's gnome-power-manager is sometimes setting brightness from value defined by laptop Fn keys to default one. It's happening pretty often but I couldn't figure out it's pattern.

I've got the same problem with my Dell Latitude D630, it worked fine with Gutsy but with Hardy (alpha 4 with latests updates) it's totally messed up, the brightness resets to maximum value very often (every ~15minutes). The problem appears with AC power plugged. And with or without working on the computer.
I'm running with gnome-power- manager: 2.21.1-0ubuntu1
