Please merge ddclient 3.9.1-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Ubuntu-specific changes in 3.8.3-1.1ubuntu1:
  * debian/patches/sample_ubuntu.diff: This is no longer necessary -- the Debian package no longer installs sample-etc_rc.d_init.d_ddclient.ubuntu.
  * debian/ddclient.NetworkManager: This is a NM hook to stop the ddclient daemon when no default route exists. See bug #998700. ddclient 3.9.1-4 now comes with a systemd service definition file which contains After=network-online.target, so this might not be needed.

I am the new Debian maintainer for ddclient, so please let me know if you would like any changes committed to Debian.
