Bug Description

I get an error message after leaving the browser at the inbox in gmail.

It usually takes 15 minutes to an hour but sooner or later the error message pops up about an unresponsive script that could cause unstability and the buttons to either let it continue to run or to stop the script. If I click to let it run it continues to run normally.

Thank you for your report. I get the same error message: "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." It does not happen only in Gmail.

I am running Hardy and Firefox 3.0.

This is probably a duplicate of bug #151216

I've had the same problem. In my case the cause was Adblock Plus, and disabling Adblock Plus on gmail seems to solve it for me.
