Binary package hint: linux-source

Installation of linux-source (2.6.24.5.6 Ubuntu:8.04/hardy) recommends installing libc-dev, but this package doesn't exist anymore(?):

yes, it seems that linux-source-2.6.24 does Recommend non-existing libc-dev
