Bug Description
Binary package hint: vlc
When I do a H264 streaming if I start the play before the beginning of my streaming it's perfect but if I try to start the play after the beginning of the streaming => no SPS/PPS, only sound and no video
Client Side error message is a no-end succession of:
on windows: "packetizer_h264 warning: waiting for SPS/PPS"
on linux: "libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received x, expected y) for PID z"

This was fixed a long time ago upstream and should be fixed in vlc in intrepid.
