package kdebase-kio-plugins 4:3.5.8-2ubuntu16 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/128x128/devices/hdd_mount_decrypt.png', which is also in package kdebase-data

Can you show the output of "apt-cache policy kdebase-kio-plugins"
As far as I can tell `/usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/128x128/devices/hdd_mount_decrypt.png' does not exist in kdebase-kio-plugins.

I can confirm this bug. I don't have the complete KDE desktop, but only Konqueror and it's depenedencies (kdebase, kicker, etc), though.

What packages do you have installed? Do you have the entire KDE desktop installed, or just a part of it?

use Gnome)

I do not use the KDE desktop; only Konqueror and its dependencies, among a few other KDE apps. I use the Gnome and Xfce desktops.

Have you tried simply doing "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" ?

That worked. Perhaps there is something you could do to keep this problem from happening to others?

This bug was fixed in the package kdebase - 4:3.5.8-2ubuntu19
