[needs-packaging] raspi-config

A simple configuration tool for common Raspberry Pi administrative tasks.

In Ubuntu, we have our own, better suitable tool called pibootctl that does the same thing, but after some discussion we have decided to also include the raspi-config package that the Raspberry Pi community uses. There is a lot of tutorials around related to using raspi-config and we want users to be able to make use of these on our raspi Ubuntu images.

Notes:

The package is a bit of a special flake, so please see README.source for upstream version management. Also, since upstream hosts this as a native package, I tried leaving things intact as much as possible so that the Ubuntu delta is relatively low.
