Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Hallo,
this is my first bugreport so I hope I can give you all information you´ll need.
I´m using Ubuntu 7.10 gusty
Rhythembox has the verion 0.11.2-0ubuntu4
My librerary contains *.m4a-files from iTunes I´ve used on Windows befor. I´m not able to run them with Rhythembox. Rhythembox opens them, but plays them only in a kind of bucking.
Totem has no problem, so I think it´s no bug of GStreamer.
I´ve seen there ist V0.11.4 available. Will an update solve this problem?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please answer these questions:
- Do you have crossfader activated in Rhythmbox (Edit -> Preferences -> Playback)?
- If crossfader was active, can you disable crossfader, restart Rhythmbox, and try to play the m4a files again?
