Staff catalog browse paging from record list support

Bug Description

Wishlist circa Evergreen 3.6

1. Navigate to the staff catalog and perform a Browse search.

2. Click on one of the headings and you'll be taken to the page which lists the bib records that use the selected heading.

3. From here, it would be handy if staff could step through the browse headings without having to return to the original browse search.

This is a cool idea!

A couple thoughts based /completely/ on the screenshot:
  * I think you would definitely want to know the browse axis (type) you're paging through
  * I think it'd be very useful to know what the next and previous heading actually are
