Bug Description
This leaves room for mistakes [1], cowboying changes [2], prevents Release Team members from resolving issues [3] and prevents most people from knowing what is actually deployed in production.
[1,2] Based on verbal information it was a cowboyed change that caused the i386 tesbeds running tests with amd64 packages generating tons of false positive tests:
