Bug Description

In previous versions of nautilus using gnome-vfs, I could create a copy of a file on the desktop by selecting it and pressing "ctrl-c" - "ctrl-v". Previously, that created a file called something like "Copy of file.ext". Now in Hardy I am asked if I want to skip the operation, cancel (what's the difference to skip in this case btw.?), replace or - "replace all" and "skip all" (those last two options should not be shown anyway when only a single file is on the clipboard). Even worse, all these buttons are overlayed after a few seconds by a dialog called "File operations" telling me 'Copying "file.ext" to "Desktop"' - this dialog includes a button showing a white cross on a red background and it has the usual cancel "cross" of the window decorator - both do not react to any input and do not cancel anything - I have to click on the original dialog to bring it back to the foreground. What should have happened instead is that I do not get any dialog / question at all and a copy of my file called "file.ext" is created as "Copy of file.ext".
