Mixed case ok at startup

Bug Description

When starting up Ubuntu, various messages about the start up processes that are executing are shown, followed by either "ok" or "OK", with the words in either upper case or lower case. These ought to be one or the other. In gentoo the start messages have a common interface (as I recall), which makes this easier to standardise and this ought to be the case with Ubuntu too.

This indicates what stage the start-up is in. "ok" is in the initramfs, and "OK" is from the root filesystem. I am unclear if this is a "feature" or a "bug". :)

It's a non-issue, surely?
