Fix failing behat test due to updates surrounding elements e.g. styling causing behat to not see an element anymore, but not failing in functionality.
Target new/different IDs or improve comments surrounding tests

Bug 1936013: Fix tests in webservices, group_pages, and comment in resume_page
Also fix the employmenthistory / educationhistory so that the displayorder
is actually set correctly and not have all set to displayorder = 1
