Update gmpc package to 0.15.5

Bug Description

Newest version of gmpc has been 0.15.5 since 30.11.2007, but newest version on Hardy repositories is 0.15.1. Newest version is packed in debian repositories (both testing and unstable), so porting it to ubuntu shouldn't be a hard task.

Confirming. As Norsetto said this wont be in Hardy but should be good for Hardy+1

Version 0.15.5.0-2 has been released in Debian and has been auto-synced into the Intrepid repos.
