This bug was fixed in the package mono-addins - 0.3-2ubuntu1

---------------
mono-addins (0.3-2ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Fix configure.ac to reference "Makefile" in AC_CONFIG_FILES(), not
"./Makefile"; the latter appears to confuse config.status, causing a
    build failure. LP: #194535.
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
