[Hardy]Battery charge never updates, remaining time always unknown

Could you please attach the output of the following commands in a file to the bugreport:
gnome-power-bugreport.sh (Yes, it's a command.)
hal-find-by-capability --capability "battery"
lshal -m (This command isn't like normal commands, it is more like syslogd, whenever an event happens while this command is running it is displayed in the console where it was executed.)
gconftool --recursive-list /apps/gnome-power-manager

I can confirm the same bug on my Toshiba A110-228. Same output also of hal-find-by capability.
