Bug Description
Ran the upgrade and there were issues installing python files, ran sudo dpkg --configure -a and received the following errors:

This error is very confusing, could you please provide some more
information that will provide some insight as to what is going on.
Please run all of the commands in a terminal below and report
all of the output,
