Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Launch Firefox 3 beta 3 with Ubuntu 8.04 alpha 5
Navigate by clicking html links on the current page
their should be a black little "v" close to the big orange "<" (go back) button to allow the user to jump to a former page
Instead of what the black little "v" is close to the >" 'go forward" button which is non logical and different from HELP 2.21.90
see the picture attached

Please, note that Firefox 3 beta 3 in Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy (from backports) doesn't have this problem

Not a bug. This is the new design, combining back and forward histories into one single history.

See http://mozillalinks.org/wp/2008/02/a-deep-look-to-firefox-3-beta-3/
"The back and forward buttons have been combined in a single keyhole-shaped widget featuring a single history menu."

Changed in firefox-3.0:
status: New → Invalid
