Bug Description

We should provide a symbol for libraries packages, so as requested by the MIR for this package (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libisoburn/+bug/1977959), please find attached a debdiff that adds such file.

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libisoburn/+bug/1977959/comments/10 I don't think we necessarily need this patch for the MIR. It should rather be forwarded to the Debian maintainer to start a discussion about the `dh_makeshlibs -V` situation.
