Bug Description

Debian's imlib2 source package now has a build-dependency on jpeg-xl

Please enable building jpeg-xl and its dependencies on i386:

jpeg-xl
gflags
google-perftools
highway
libavif (The i386 build was working as recently as December, but apparently needs to be re-enabled)

Dependency wait
---------------
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/imlib2/1.10.0-4build1
https://bugs.debian.org/1023644

Other Info
----------
I also verified using rmadison that these build-dependencies should already exist for i386:
brotli
ghostscript
giflib
libjpeg8-empty
libpng1.6
libwebp
lcms2
openexr
