I am using Ubuntu 8.04 alpha 5.
The upgrade-manager crashed in the middle of the upgrade.

Sure, here it is.

I'm sorry if this turns up as unhelpful, since I think I initiated a partial
update after the crash (which did work). The Update Manager is currently
telling me that I am "up-to-date".
