Bug Description

small small bug i CAL
but the days 5 oct. to 14 oct was deleted from the calendar by a decrete by Pope
Gregory, February 24 1582.

September of the year 1752 is also a problem, since the missing Sept 3rd to Sept 13th are also shown in the gnome calendar applet.

I can confirm this bug, I see the same output in cal under Ubuntu 6.06 LTS

For nl_BE (my locale) it should be this way too (missing days in 1582 instead of 1752), according to this site: http://www.norbyhus.dk/calendar.html

For pt_BR the change of Julian calendar to Gregorian calendar should be on 1582. Brazil was a colony of Portugal at the time, and Portugal changed calendars in 1582.

But, instead, cal is wrongly showing the change in 1752.
