Bug Description

Today I convinced Hobbsee to approve some of my uploads via the web UI. The accepted emails sent to me had a line as follows:

From: Default Sender <email address hidden>

I'm sure he left a couple of years back.

The OOPSes were all over LP, mostly with OOPS ID 'None'. Some of the
appservers weren't responding at all, and others were just OOPSing with
no OOPS ID. Not a Soyuz problem, but I suspected they might have been
related to this strange From address which I've never seen before.

Without an oops ID, there's nothing that can be done to fix this.

The configs for edge and staging (but not production) have <email address hidden> as the default sender, and <email address hidden> as the default recipient. That's pretty obviously wrong, and easily fixed.

I will fix the configurations involved (edge and staging) and also sort out a issue with a local mbox erroneously set as BCC: for public announces.

Clearly I was referring to the OOPS problem. The config is a separate issue, and not particularly high priority.
