subscribe to all uploads to a ppa

Hi,

We use the ubuntu-mobile ppa extensively with a large set of people and it seems I am only notified of build failures, not of all uploads.

I wish members of a group would be notified of all uploads to its ppa, or that individuals could subscribe to uploads for any ppa / package combination -- perhaps the later is more generic and would even allow third parties to watch uploads of software they have interest in.

(I didn't find how to achieve this with the current ppa implementation, if I missed something obvious please point me at the doc and close this!)
