Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepim

After upgrade for Gutsy -> Hardy, The 'Send Again' option does not include BCC addresses.

So, if there is a message with
to: this@email
BCC: that@email

and after you have sent it, then you ricght click on the message and say 'Send Again', then the BCC addresses will not be listed. In Gutsy, they would be included.

It seems to me that CC and BCC defaults are completely ignored in Hardy (even for the composition of a new mail). They worked in Gutsy.

It is a very annoying regression. Maybe I should open a different bug for this, or we can escalate this bug?

This bug is now fixed for me. I didn't do anything, but now CC and BCC defaults are working.

For me it is possible to close this bug.

Hi,

For me it can not be closed.

It is simple to reproduce:

1. Make a new mail with the following:
to: some-address
cc: other-address
bcc: secret-address

2. send the mail.

3. go to send-mail folder, and right click this message, then click Send
Again

4. You will see:
to: some-address
cc: other-address

(and no bcc).

I just realized that I probably misunderstood your bug report.

My problem was with evolution (gnome mail program), while you're probably referring
to something else (kdepim?).

So I can confirm that the evolution problem not including addresses in defaults CC and BCC is solved.
However, it is likely that your problem (which this bug report is about) is not solved. So this bug should
definitely stay open.

Sorry for my misunderstanding (and good luck!)
