Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

/var/cache/apt/archives/desktop-effects-kde_0.4_all.deb konnte nicht installiert werden. (translates as "could not be installed")

Unterprozess dpkg-deb --control mit Signal (Segmentation fault) getötet. (translates as sub-process dpkg-deb --control killed with signal due to segmentation fault)

Since this is not a real update-manager issue, I'm changing its description so that it's filed against update desktop-effects-kde package.
