Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

upgrade does not load all files, reporting shortage on a sever. This terminates upgrade proces amd removes files already DL.

What did you do exactly ... upgrade from Kubuntu 7.10 to 8.04? ... what are the steps you did to upgrade (as detailed as you can), which server is being used, detailed error messages, ...
