I did some hacks to add support for correct EPG output in Taiwan,
the patch file's attached.

Hello,

Excuse me,
I've tested the first patch some hours and found the g_convert_with_iconv() funtion's unstable,
then I switched back to the original g_convert() one.

This newly patch only added the Taiwan region related code without any charset encoding conversion function modification.
