Please add lpia as a supported architecture

Bug Description

Binary package hint: qemu

Please add lpia to the list of supported architectures for the qemu package. The current version in the archive builds natively on a lpia device, and the resulting binary works. Attached is a trivial debdiff to accomplish this.
